Sales & business development manager (Switzerland)

We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Sales & Business Development Manager to join their team.
In this role, you will report directly to the Sales Director for the DACH region. Your primary responsibilities will include:
· Developing comprehensive strategies and sales plans for the assigned region.
· Collaborating closely with the Marketing and Pricing Department to define and execute effective marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
· Coordinating and cooperating with the Finance department to ensure timely payment collection and exceptional customer service.
· Acting as a liaison between the company’s Logistic Department and customers, with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction and service levels.
· Creating and implementing activities necessary to achieve sales targets in terms of volume, revenue, and profitability.
· Cultivating and strengthening relationships with key clients, including dealers, fleet managers, and entrepreneurs, by providing regular updates, product information, and addressing their needs and concerns.
· Leading negotiations and effectively setting up contracts to facilitate successful economic agreements.
· Preparing compelling commercial proposals for clients, adhering to company policies and considering product availability.
· Conducting thorough market and competition analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
The position requires extensive travel within the Swiss-German-speaking region, as it serves as the work location.
· Preferably possess a University Degree.
· Language Proficiency: Native German speaker with an advanced level of English (C1). Fluent French is highly desirable.
· Previous sales experience in a Business Development or Sales role, preferably within the rubber sector, truck industry, or automotive industry.
